Can't Authorize my key. |
|
I haven't been able to use this for a while because I switched to Vista. Now the new version works great on Vista but when I try to activate with my key it say "Problem authorizing Tactile3D. Please make sure Tactile3D is not running." Its not running when I try to activate and I don't know if this is a bug or what the problem is. My system is running Vista Ultimate 64 bit. I tried to email support a couple of days ago but havent heard back yet.

Me Again |
|
Just wanted to let you know I got it to authorize. I typed my key word so i could underline my email like it was in my printout. Don't know if this is the real reason but when I copied and pasted from word it worked. The first time I used notepad and also tried typing it directly into the authorization box with no luck. But you can't underline the email with either method. Don't know if this is key or if word formats different that it needs. Very wierd!!! Just glad it works know.

Using Windows 7 64 bit version, and having the same problem. The M$ Word fix didn't work for me.
Any suggestions.

you can use
open office
or
email the key to your web based email client
then using javascript
Just use this script and any page or say every page will become editable for you
Follow the steps:
1) Open the webpage with which you wish to edit or copy the text from. (aka the email with your code you wish to copy)
2) Copy the following text and paste it in your address bar
javascript:nick=document.body;nick.contentEditable='true'; document.designMode='on'; void(0)
3) Hit ENTER key of your keyboard.
you can now edit any text on the web page your viewing
highlight the text (ctrl-c) to copy the text and go into the tactile3d authbox in the options dialog and (ctrl-v) to paste hit authorize
enjoy.
